We are thrilled to announce that Padlock'd Escape Rooms & Bar is leasing almost the entire building at 3107 Surfers Paradise Blvd! This deal showcases the strength of the business, which is also opening a third, larger venue on the Gold Coast.
When we were approached by the landlord to lease the ground-floor retail space of their three-level office building. We received numerous inquiries during the campaign. The landlord, who owns other prime commercial properties in the area, wisely chose to wait for the perfect tenant. It was worth the wait! They now have a top-notch brand on a long-term lease occupying their property.
